“Is it the mind that creates all the illusions about our identity and personality (material reality), or does it only create them when the three kakras are not balanced – when the heart and the belly kakra are shut down so that we only operate from the mind and as such don’t realize the illusion it creates, preventing us from seeing the truth?

And when the three kakras are balanced, can the mind then know the truth or does it always create illusions?

Can I see the head kakra as the mind or are these two very different? “

What is an Elimeya?

Elimeya is the Lemurian word for “sacred body/soul connection” and, at the same time, it is also the name of a Sacred Art practice, dating back to ancient Lemurian times.

An “Elimeya” meditation would consist of using the Sacred Body to create geometric vectors of focused creation and manifestation.

The “Sacred Body” as compared to your daily body, if you will, is a physical/energetic state that is entered into easily.

Mer-Ka-Ba Travel Tips

Memories can be changed in the head, but feelings can never be altered in the heart.

Neurons can be turned on and off, made positive or negative—they are just biological matter in the brain, and something vibrating that slowly is easily manipulated, so to speak.

Feelings, however, and experiences, when stored in the heart and not processed merely via the brain and mind, are not captured biologically.
