When Something Bugs You (Preview)

The raw experience of something ‘bugging’ you cannot be ignored.  It is an experience and you need to examine it when it is there.

You do not necessarily need to attach to it and embody it until you know what it is and whether you move on it or not.

It is simple: It is not real, or is it?
That is the question.

Or, in a higher dimension: Are you going to make it real or not?

Neutrally speaking, you are observing the fact that your awareness is being drawn to a point, which is consciousness, to determine whether or not you are being drawn to a point of mind, which is narrowing, or into expansion.

Sometimes though, expansions can feel annoying and narrowing because of the mind’s attempt to stop you from going there.
